The house is a real home, and would suit a young professional or post graduate student. The current residents would prefer to live with another Christian woman.

The room is available from the end of August, but there is some flexibility (eg late August or early September). The rent is £660 pcm, and bills usually come to £150-200 a month.

Current residents are sociable and friendly but value their own time and space too and like to keep the house tidy and cosy.
