WANTED: Term-time accommodation for young woman

Ingrid is a late-twenties, female student-cum-professional editor and musician in Oxford for the year for extended music training and theology research. She writes,
I'm primarily here just during term time, and I really appreciate clean, tidy, homey environs and friendly housemates. I do spend a fair bit of time out with friends and music/sport/church commitments, but I also love to cook and will spend more mornings and early evenings at home when it's accessible and comfortable. I'm a light sleeper and an early riser and not inclined to late nights by nature, but also quiet when I'm up in early hours.

I would be equally happy to rent a studio or mother-in-law apartment, find neat flatmates, or let a room from a family or empty-nesters.

Because of many early-morning and night-time commitments in town (both on the river and just north of city-center), I do prefer to live close, and I am especially fond of north Oxford.
