We are so delighted that the South Sudanese children we support in Uganda are back to school after nearly two years of closure! It’s been a really challenging few years of living together in a small space but they’ve kept studying and in daily routine and trying to stay positive. These girls and boys are very fortunate - after one of the world's longest school closures, authorities warned at least 30% of students may never return. Some have started work, while others have become pregnant or married early, the country's national planning authority said.
Please help us continue to pay for school fees and support costs for these wonderful young people! You can do so here - or contact us for bank details.
Please pray for them too.
